Ingredients
  

  • 400 grams peeled chickpeas
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • lemons juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • olive oil
  • paprika
  • fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Soak the chickpeas overnight and cook until tender, about 1.5-2 hours. Keep some of the cooking water
  • Blend tahini and lemon juice
  • Add garlic, salt, and cumin
  • Add chickpeas and some of their cooking liquid. Blend until smooth
  • Top with olive oil, paprika, and fresh parsley
